With an annual lending volume over $430 million in 2007, Security Mortgage Group is a full-service mortgage brokerage specializing in income property financing solutions, securing financing for MH communities, RV parks, self storage facilities, apartments, and other commercial real estate. Anthony J. DiMarco and Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr. are the company's Managing Directors. Since 1990, they have placed over $2,500,000,000 in financing in 32 states across the nation. In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2009, Security Mortgage Group received MHI's Community Lending Broker of the Year award for their dedication and contributions to the manufactured housing industry.

Anthony and Gerry attend multiple industry conferences every year, offering financial analysis and insight to fellow industry members and conference attendees. They are proud to have completed many successful transactions with members of the Manufactured Housing Institute, the Self Storage Association, and the ARVC. Security Mortgage Group actively supports several industry state association newsletters and national industry publications. We are also members of MHI's National Community Council and MHI PAC's 535 Club.

Anthony J. DiMarco
Managing Director

Anthony J. DiMarco, a graduate of Villanova University, has been active in the real estate industry since 1996. Anthony has closed loans for over 300 commercial properties, including a number of institutional grade properties, since becoming a Security Mortgage Group partner in 2000. As one of the principals of the company, Anthony has placed over $1.2 billion in commercial financing in over 30 states. Anthony lives in Rochester, New York, with his wife, Mariah, and their 3 sons.

Gerard D. DiMarco, Jr.
Managing Director

Gerry has been a member of the company since completing his undergraduate degree in Economics and History from College of the Holy Cross in 1992; he also went on to obtain an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester. Since 1992, Gerry has financed over 400 multifamilies and manufactured home communities. Gerry is happily married with six children.

Pierce W. Redmond
Chief Underwriter and Real Estate Analyst

Pierce Redmond, our in-house small loan specialist, joined Security Mortgage Group in June of 2004. Pierce completed his undergraduate degree at The State University of New York at Geneseo and continued on to earn an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

As a major force in the expansion of our small loan program, Pierce closes mortgages nationwide that range in amount from $250,000 to $5,000,000. Pierce also works closely with Gerry and Anthony DiMarco to streamline the underwriting process for all Security Mortgage Group clients.

Emily Kozitsky, our marketing director, develops and executes all advertising campaigns, creates our marketing materials, maintains website content, and leads public relations for the company. Emily, a graduate of Liberty University, lives in Rochester with her husband and daughter.
